Hi ladies,
I posted this on TTGP yesterday but thought someone here might also be able to offer insight.
I had a transvaginal ultrasound on day 14 of my cycle. I normally have 28-30 day cycles and that pretty much my O date. On my left ovary she saw "small cystic follicles with one dominant one" and wants me to go back in 6 weeks for another scan.
My question is: do we always get multiple follicles around the time of ovulation, or could this be part of the reason we have not had any luck in 8 months trying with good timing? I am charting and see a shift and am using OPK's as well.
I tried to google cystic follicles but the term seems to not give me any good info. I think what's she's referring to are follicular cysts?
Thanks for your knowledge
