Pelvic pain when clearing throat or coughing

Does anyone else experience pelvic pain when clearing your throat or coughing. It doesn't happen all the time and isn't too painful but it does make me try to hold back my cough a bit or hold my lower abdomen. Anyone else experience this or know what the feeling is?

    I'm ready to raise hell with the building manager here at work. My desk is directly under a vent so anytime the air comes on it blows crap down into my cube. I go through a box of kleenex a week. This is unacceptable to me. I can't move to a different desk. But everytime I sneeze I think my incision is going to rupture. It's so freaking painful. It's gotten so bad with my sneezing that my co-workers ask "Are you done yet?" before saying bless you.

    I've tried massaging the area where I feel a pulled muscle and it does no good. It's hard, doubling over pain. Ugh!

    Yup! And I have a huge varicose vein along my bikini line that makes the ache even worse, so when I cough I have to press down on my abdomen or it HURTS!
