  100mg -  none

  150mg - two mature

  I had 1 on 50mg but it was a slow grower. My IUI was almost cancelled due to poor response

  On 100mg, I had 2 follies but it thinned out my lining too much

  Moved on to Femara starting this next cycle I think she has me doing the = to 100mg of clomid.  So hopefully I will have more than 2 mature follies.

  I have PCOS so my response may be different than someone that doesn't, but with 50mg of clomid i had 16 follicles. Now they have my splitting the pills at home so I take 25mg and i've only had 1 follicle for the last 3 cycles. If I don't get preggo this time I think we are going to move to injectibles.
