  I love them for girls (not so much for boys).  In  Hanna Andersson winter catalog, they sold these shoes for girls.

  I actually still have that holiday catalog in a basket on my desk.  Their version is  the Minnetonka Booties.  They came in Brown and Pink.  Their is a photos of a baby girl with a pink fleece thingy with the brown shoes.  I totally think they would be cute with skirts/dresses and tights.
