I finally did some exercise!  You really did motivate me, thank you!  I walked on the eliptical for 30 minutes and I do feel a little better, it helped me to clear my head.

    YAY!! im so happy for you! having a clear mind is a wonderful thing!! we went for a walk in the snow and ended up having a snowball fight as we went along! i cant figure out how to send you a cupcake!!!!
