Did you both get all the accessories that came with it or did you just wait and use it when the baby can sit up a little better. Im due in March, so dont know how much I would need it the first 2 months or so, and really want the double but didnt know what accessories are must have.
Thanks!
Re: s/o city mini double
I did buy the belly bar and one snack tray, but I haven't even gotten them out of the package (isn't that awful)? Looking back, I would buy the infant seat adapter only. Wait on the rest and see how you use the stroller. GL! OH, and check out the cup holder I found on amazon and the Mommy Hook. I posted links in the other post.
Have you test drove the micro before? Is it a lot smaller than the mini? It is on sale for $199 at albeebaby too, but dont know if I should buy without testing. I do LOVE the mini.
I haven't, but as for size, I'm pretty sure it is built on the exact same frame as the citi mini, but the seat fabric is smaller, it doesn't do a full recline (so you couldn't use it without the infant carseat until the new baby is 6 months old) and the sunshades are tiny. IMO, it's worth it to pay more for the awesome sunshades of the Mini. That's what made my decision. If I had older kids who didn't need to sleep in it or who could wear hats/sunglasses, I might go for the micro.
Honestly, I do diaper changes at the mall in the stroller itself. I just recline the seat all the way, pull the sunshade down over my own head for privacy, and change the diap without anyone knowing what's going on. That's how good they are. No one can even tell! It's also great for napping. When one of the kids is asleep and one is awake, they don't wake each other up, because I just pull the shade all the way down and they are in their own little cocoon.
