  I would just call your OB/Midwife and describe the pains to them. While your waiting to hear back, I have always been told to lay on my left side and drink a couple glasses of water. It could just be round ligament pain. If your OB/Midwife is concerned they will either bring you in or refer you to the ER.

  I was told that is very normal. I was told it the ligament that are being pulled.but i could be wrong but this was what was told to me by my midwife,

  It's probably just growing pains - but if you are in so much pain that you are contemplating going to the ER, then you should at the very least give your doctor a call right away.

  I would call your dr before going to the ER.  There's no way for any of us to know what your pains are, especially when you don't describe them.
