Chart ? - triphasic or increased temps due to cold?

I have had a couple of temp spikes since I ovulated.  Around the same time I also came down with a cold--mainly just congestion and sneezing.  Could the elevated temps be due to being sick?  I never had a fever.  Or does it look like a triphasic pattern?
