It took about six months with Lily, but I was coming off of hormonal contraceptives. With Charlotte, we barely said the word 'go' and we were pregnant. :)I'm sorry you are frustrated, Beth. Your body has gone through A LOT this past year, though, so i know it is easierr said than done, but try to be patient and do not lose hope. Have you been charting your temps and other fertility signs to maximize your chances? Good luck for next month!

15 months with dd1. we stopped ttc because the doc thought i had endometriosis and going to do surgery. i got pregnant.

7 months with dd2. third round of clomid.

One year for DS. Right now it has been one year for TTC#2. We had to stop and go on progestin, can resume in one month. So I think I'm somewhere around cycle 16 for #2.

1 cycle with our first (we miscarried at 10 weeks)

This one took a little longer, about 4 cycles after my D&C.

First try, but it was my fourth cycle charting. The first three months I was TTA.

It took us 8 cycles with DS #1.

We started trying for #2 when DS was 10 months old and I got pregnant on the first cycle, but it ended in m/c (molar pregnancy).

We were forced to take a 6-month break from TTC after the molar pregnancy (doctor would have preferred a year, but told us OK after 6 months due to my age). We got pregnant on the second cycle after getting the green light.

And now we are done.

2 cycles with DS. 8 cycles with DD. And for the record.....we weren't "trying" when we got pregnant with DD. I was wanting to take a break because I was getting frustrated.

I had been off BC for 3 months and we weren't really trying but not preventing either. We had avoided the fertile time for the 3 months I had been off, but the 4th month we did not and I got pregnant.
