Davin is here- short birth story and PIP

Our c-section was scheduled on the 18th, due to our baby being breech. We had out 38 week appointment in Tuesday, I had been feeling really nauseated and 'off'. Apparently my blood pressure was really high. They sent us over to L&D to be monitored, and after 3 hours and all of the test came back, told us that I had Gestational Hypertension. They said that this would most likely turn into pre-eclampsia and that since I was already 38 1/2 weeks, it would be best to just go ahead and deliver. Davin Joseph was born on Tuesday (1/11/11) at 8:31pm. He weighed 5 lbs 12 oz and was 18 1/2 inches long!!
