Babies R Us Returns

It seems like everything about BRU varies from store to store, but I'm wondering about your luck with returns. At our shower, there were definitely some repeats off of our registry. I'd like to exchange some of the items for others on our registry, but only received 1 gift receipt out of the whole shebang. Any idea if BRU will accept returns of items bought off of your registry w/o a gift receipt?

My store did, no problems at all. But you might not get the current price back for it. When I returned some stuff to Target, I got less credit than the current selling price. Their policy is to give the lowest price the item sold for in the last 90 days. BRU might be similar.

I never had any problems returning stuff off of our registry. If by chance it was something that you didn't register for but BRU sells, you can access your registry online, add the item, and then mark it purchased. You can change quantities too if there were duplicates that did not get marked on the registry. We returned/exchanged a lot of stuff and had no problems.

I had to argue to get the full price back after I received 3 of the same bouncer seat. They wanted to only give me 1 at full price and the other 2 at 20% off.

I would change your registry to reflect how many were purchsed before going.

I brought in a huge bag of clothes, blankets and whatnot with no receipts and no idea if the products were even from BRU. They were incredible and just scanned to make sure they were available at BRU and gave me store credit from the items that were. I think you should be just fine
