I was wondering how old most of you were when you had your first LO. I'm 21 & DH is 22 and when we are out people always look at us so weird like we are to young to have a baby...Like the look elderly people give a girl that gets knocked up in high school

I'm young, but DH is a bit older and has a 4 yo and 6 yo. When we are all out together, I definitely get looks because people think I look way too young to have a six year old lol.

But I don't really get looks with just Kaylee though.

Im 24 my SO is 31 , and I know the feeling , when I was pregnant I had an older women walk up to me in a mall and tell me that because I was young if I wanted to give my baby up the "good lord " would not hold it against me , and to " think about it " . I wanted to punch the women I was almost 41 weeks at that point and I swear it took everything in me not to hit her . Even now when I go out , I get dirty looks , it sucks but whatever I do better then most of my friends with kids that a few years older then me . I think it depends on the person having the child not there age !

I was 33 with my first, DH was 34. I am now 36, DH 37

I cannot even imagine having a child when I was 21. I was in no position to be having a child then. I had just finished college and was thoroughly enjoying life. I can't imagine the experiences I would've missed out on had I gotten married and had children that young. I am extremely happy with the way it happened.

haha I take ambien so I can get to bed early, usualy around 8, so DH will do the midnight feed for me and I get to sleep until four. Anyways, it makes me silly lol But DH is 24. I asked him. He looked at me like I was crazy and told me to go to bed.

I am 19 and DH was 18 when Colby was born. We both look like we're sixteen though so we get the ugly little "I'm older so I know better than you" even though their child is not wearing pants or socks when it's 47 degrees outside while mine is all bundled up like it's freaking snowing.. Sorry. Vent over

It just aggrivates me that older people (I live in central Fla. Older people are everywhere this time of year) think I'm stupid. lol

We wouldn't changed anything for the world & we love ds to pieces, but sometimes it would have been nice to have a little childhood. I finished college in may 2009 & dh in august 2009, but it would have been nice to work & save a little. PLUS we were living w/ his rents till march 2010.
