Currently, my LO is eating around 3.5 oz at each feeding, sometimes 4. She is 2 wks and 4 days old. I have to wake her every 3 hours to eat for almost each feeding with the exception of the one at night. She'll wake me at around 4.5 hours after her last feed at night which is good for my sleep cycle. Is anyone else experiencing this?

It doesn't sound like a lot for me. DS was drinking 3-3.5 oz at 1 week old. He's now at 5 oz at 1 month old.
Our DD was taking about 3.5-4oz at around 2 weeks. We never woke her for feedings except at the very beginning (first week or so, mainly in the hospital).
She is now 5 weeks old and takes between 4 and 5 oz. She will have her up time but also sleep anywhere from 2-4 hours during the day, and sleep 5-6 hours at night. (that is as of recently).
So long as she is getting 20oz or more a day, she should be fine. We average between 24oz and 27oz.
Like I said, I don't know anything about formula... so maybe it is completely different.
