2) How many do you want? Always thought we'd be one and done...but now I'm kinda questioning that. I'm thinking maybe two.
3) Why did you choose to have your second (or third, etc.)? Or, why did you choose to only have one? Still not 100% settled in our decision....so I don't exacltly have an answer to this.
1) 1 and 1 on the way
2) 3 or 4
3) Always wanted a big family and came from a big family. I love being a mom, even the stuff my mom friends complain about doesn't bother me. I loved having sisters. Another point that with babies we don't think about... My grandmom passed away this past Christmas and my mom has had siblings to share the grief and the burden of a sick parent...wouldn't want to put ALL of that on one child.
2 We think maybe 2 but I almost feel like we might be one and done
3 DH and I both initially thought that 2 would be the magic number. However, I am unsure about how I feel about having a second child. However it turns out though, we are hoping to avoid it until I'm out of school.
3)Why did you choose to have your second (or third, etc.)? Or, why did you choose to only have one? After DD was born we thought we would be one and done. She was hard to concieve, I had a hard pregnancy and a traumatic delivery. But now we both agree that our family doesn't feel complete with just one LO. We are going to wait until DD is about 3 before TTC again. I say we are open to a 3rd because I will not go back on BC after #2 and if I get pregnant by some slim chance, I will have them tie my tubes after #3.
3) Why did you choose to have your second (or third, etc.)? Or, why did you choose to only have one? Honestly I did not want any kids but that was not in the cards for me. Kids are just to much work with not much reward IMO.
This makes me sad for both you and your little girl. Why did you choose to keep her (rather than put her up for adoption) if you truly did not want her?

3. We honestly weren't sure for a while whether we wanted another child. When DD was around 2.5, we both felt emotionally ready. Also, we both wanted DD to have a sibling.
3) Why did you choose to have your second (or third, etc.)? Or, why did you choose to only have one? DH and I both want a big family. I have always loved taking care of children and I am so excited to do things with our family. Plus, I want Micah to have brothers and sisters to play with.
