NSAIFR: Left cake fondant (unopened) in car overnight-packages froze. Okay to use?

I accidentally left 2 new packages of fondant in the car overnight.  It was about -10C here.  I have them thawing in the coldest place in the house right now to hopefully prevent condensation from forming.

Will they be okay to use?  Any suggestions?

    After they thaw just knead them a bunch, if they are too dry, add some shortening, if they are too sticky, add some powdered sugar.

    Thanks.  I will leave them unopened until next week when I need them and cross my fingers that it works out.
