What's for dinner?

I am debating between some NY strip steak that I have defrosting, marinated with lemon & garlic or salsa chicken w/ rice & a big pot of black beans.

Yummy! I think I have stuff to make taco salad this week! What do you do to lighten it up?

It's ground turkey, onion, garlic, tomatoes, kidney beans and taco seasoning over lettuce.  The dressing is just 1/2 cup of salsa and 1/4 cup light sour cream.
