For the past week and a half or so my legs and feet are a little more swollen at the end of the day. I weighed myself today and I've gained about 5 pounds in two weeks!!! I write down everything I eat, and I know my diet hasn't changed from what it was. I'm still under 30 pounds gained (my goal) but could the fluid I'm retaining be the cause? I have my 36 week appointment today so I'll ask them too... just curious if it's normal. Thanks girls!

Re: Fluid in my legs = weight gain??
Absolutely. I gained 6 lbs in one week with DD last time - all water weight.
I just gained 5 lbs in 2 weeks too - and I had to stop wearing one of my rings last week because I started swelling.
I am definitely rocking the cankles/fluid in my legs right now. I was told to put them up as often as I can and to keep drinking a lot of fluids. It hasn't been helping much, but at least I know I am not the only one with this issue.
ETA: I haven't changed how I have been eating either, but I have noticed an increase of weight gain. My OB didn't seem concerned about my weight at my last appointment though. My next appointment is in a week, so I plan on asking my OB about it then and if she has any other suggestions
