I'm jealous!! I wish we only had 3 inches. We already have a foot (or more) and it is still coming down in sheets. I can't even see my neighbors house across the street.
Sorry you are stuck inside still. Sometimes I wish 4 inches would shut down the city....it does suck being completely snowed in like that though...we had a few days like that last winter.
Hopefully Atlanta recovers soon!

I'm the only person in my office today. Apparently getting up and going to work was an epic waste of time. However, 5 inches wasn't really enough for me to call it a "snow day" without my boss questioning my sanity. SIGH.

Good morning ladies! I agree, we def needed more snow to make it worth it. We got 5 maybe 6 inches, boring! I am stuck at work with no patients because everyone called and cancelled yesterday, at least I can bump in peace!

You always know just what to PIP. If only my computer didn't decide that it now hates any PIPs and just gives me a red X instead....*sigh*
We got about 3 inches too, Kathy. The college I work for closed down all of one hour early yesterday - gee, thanks. How generous. And by the time we left the roads weren't even bad (though this morning they weren't great).

Haha I have an iPhone!! I can see your pips just fine, I just can't put any in. I may keep trying though, since no one else decided to show up today...

I know! It's just enough to mess with our commutes and not enough to close our offices. It sucks!
Yesssss...exactly! Of course I'm sure if we had a blizzard, then I would be complaining about that too. Sorry to you ladies stuck inside!!
I work in Alexandria, PB!
I know I'd probably be complaining about a blizzard too (and the silver lining of our lamesauce snowfall is that we aren't trapped indoors with only our spouses to amuse us ).
Kathy, was there more snow where you live than in Alex? Did you have trouble driving in? I take metro into DC, so I didn't have any trouble (just the usual rude passengers, delayed trains, etc., but no one was killed on this AM's commute, so I'll take it!).

Yes, but blizzards involve DRINKING. Which sadly, this lame almost snow day does not have for me. YET.

IIRC, we had a couple of WEEKS like that last winter!
Alison-that is one he11 of a bump burp in your response to the "EOD or ED" post. Just thought I'd point it out, heehee!
It was all part of her devilish plan to get to silver!
I just noticed my new bling yesterday! I think it was Dawson that tipped me over into silver.
OMG alison I'm dying!! That is the funnies PIP ever. I am trying to hold back the tears of laughter at my desk. Look at you, sneaking silver in. It's very pretty!

You got 3 inches? We only got one and I was the only dummy here on time this morning. So very bitter. I want to be in bed right now.
Well I live out in the wild, wild west of Loudoun County. So we usually get a bit more than you city folk.
xoxo
We got 4 inches on Monday and Atlanta is still shut down. I am on my 3rd day of climbing the walls at home. It wouldn't be so bad if we weren't stuck.
Dh risked life and limb yesterday to go get some wine. We needed it.
Hi Kathypoo, Lynn, CMom, PB and Rvn!! Long time, no see!
eta those I missed.
Hahahaha city folk! And that Loudoun County...it is practically an untamed territory

Baboo! You're Alive!! Glad DH made it out for beverages! PHEW! Hope you dig out soon!!
Yes. We try to control the tumbleweed :-)

Alison awesomesauce all over your PIP. So true.
I was bamboozled.

When the bump burps on me, it doesn't do anything halfway.

Ooohhh, congrats on the new bling, alison! So were burps the key to your success?
