  I have heard Lea as (Leah) and (Lee). I think Leigha looks awful. I prefer Lia or Leah.

  I've seen Leiah.

  And her sister was Maddisen.

  Lia or Leah, for sure.

  I think strangely spelled names are generally a bad idea. It ends up being frustrating for you and your child.

  I would automatically pronounce Leah as lay-uh until I was told that they pronounce it Lee-ah.  I guess to get Lee-ah, I would spell it Lia.
