Tell me about your longest AF...

I am going on day 8 of AF's visit. Frankly I am sick of her. All signs pointed to her leaving yesterday, well today is like CD1 all over again! This is a long visit for her, she usually wont be here more than a week, in fact 7 days is pushing it.

I am wondering how long was your longest AF?

Mine used to always last about 7 days ...now they are about 3-4

Straight bleeding..

I have gone over 30-45 days bleeding full time. But than again I didn't have a period for 3+ months either.

My last 2 periods have been about 10 days. The first 2 days and last 2 were heavy spotting. It sucks... I've always been a 3-5 day person, so it seems to be one of those annoying things that changed after my loss. Hope AF packs her bags for you soon!

The longest AF I had was my 1st cycle after m/c. It lasted for 8 total days and 5 of them were very heavy. Since then I have 4-5 day AF out of which 1-2 of heavy flow. Did you take any new meds or vitamins this cycle? I guess if you ate something that thickened your lining than you might have a heavier and longer AF than normal. GL and I hope she goes away soon!

My longest was the first one after my ectopic and metho shots - 13 freaking days. Before the m/c, I always had 5-day AFs - now they last more like a week, on average.

Longest AF was probably 8ish days.

Longest amount of time continually bleeding was 3 months though. Took a D&C to stop it. Damn fibroids.

Longest has probably been around 12 to 14 days. I don't get periods regularly though. I've gone 4 months without having one. Darn PCOS.

This except mine last 14 days with three days of spotting in the middle. It messed my chart up like you wouldn't beleive! Fertility Friend was so confused!

I did start taking FertilAid, I wonder if that could have done it. I don't remember when I started taking it, it could have been before CD1. I will have to look into it more.

8 days. The first cycle after my m/c. All but one was heavy. She showed up in full force and it was not pleasant until the last day. The next few cycles were sneak attacks in full force too.

My longest AF was 32 days...and heavy as hell...I stayed in the hospital for the last week and needed a transfusion.

My longest was right after my 2nd m/c, 25 days of heavy to medium bleeding. That's not even counting the spotting I had on and off for about 10 days before that. I hope she goes away for you soon!!!

If you're talking about just red blood, probably at most 10 days. But I've had spotting before and after that would bring it up to 20-25

32 days when I first started birth control. This month I bled/ spotted for 18 days, again I was on the pill while my RE was testing me. Normal periods, though, last about 9 days for me between bleeding and spotting.

AF usually last 7-8 days for me, but only the first 3-4 days are heavy. It just lingers annoyingly the rest of the those days...

My regular cycles are about 4-5 days with the random 7 day cycle in there occasionally. My LONGEST cycle was 6 MONTHS long, but that was due to polyps and didn't stop until I had a D&C and a round of birth control pills. I was ready to kill....well, everything really by that point.

I couldn't resist posting to this one. I was on the pill for the past 10 years and always regular. Well, the night before my wedding I started spotting ( and I wasn't due for AF yet) and she didn't go away for the next 22 days. Yep, thats right- I bled all through not only my wedding but my HONEYMOON!!! I never had a problem before with AF and have not had one since. She just picked the most important time of my life to stay and never go away.

UGH...but at least I told my DH that since I bled the whole time that we need another honeymoon to make up for it... and he agreed so we'll see if that happens.
