  In the beginning, I made three separate bowls/spoons and fed one baby at a time.  Its MUCH easier to make one big bowl and use one spoon (as long as nobody is sick).  Just line them up and go down the line with one spoonfull in each mouth and repeat 

  In the beginning they probably won't open up and swallow quickly, so just go on their pace and before long they'll be gobbling it down and it won't take long at all to feed all three of them.

  i have always used the same spoon (since they are chewing on the same toys, etc - the germs spread no matter what) but make separate bowls so i know how much each baby is eating.

  yup, although it varies according to how much energy I have and whether I have anyone helping me. Usually at breakfast it's 3 spoons and bowls b/c I put their Vit D drops in their bfast so the separate bowls help me know they each got their dose. By dinnertime it's one spoon straight out of the jar.  And now they're wanting to feed themselves so usually they grab the spoon from me. At this point we can go through up to 6 spoons per meal.

  I always did 4 spoons and 4 bowls.  I bought the toddler Tupperware ones with the handles so I could hang on to them easier.  I was a germ freak!
