  it varied with each tooth. some were a day or two, others were a week-ish (he has 7 teeth)

  DD's first tooth cut through at the beginning of November. It still seems to be getting taller even after 2 months. It was easily visible for others to see after around 2-3 weeks or so though.

  (ETA: My sig pic was taken 1 month after the first tooth cut and 2-3 weeks after the second tooth cut through. You can see that they're just tall enough to be seen in a photo, but still pretty tiny.)

  DS's cut through a month ago and it's definitely much more visible now, but it's still not all the way up (at least, I don't think it is.  If so it's pretty darn tiny

  I didn't even know that DD was getting her first 2 teeth, so I don't know for those ones.  Her top 2 took about 4 weeks to break through.

  1st tooth broke gums 12/15, 2nd tooth 12/26 and they're both still coming in.
