NTR: Black bedroom furniture?

We're planning on purchasing a new bedroom suit when we move into the new house and have pretty much had our minds set on this one from Pottery Barn:

But, I was browsing online the other night and came across this bed from Ethan Allen:

And oh, how I love it! But I'm scared I'd get tired of it after awhile? So, if you have black furniture, do you love it? Or wish you would have gotten a different color? Help me decide which bed to get :)

    I really like the brown one ... I don't care for the black one at all.

    I feel like brown furniture looks better in bedrooms and black furniture looks better in living areas.   But that's JMO.

    Black furniture = lots of visible dust if you don't dust frequently.

    We have black furniture in 90% of our house. I wouldn't change it one bit! I feel like its a timeless neutral! I hate that some wood tones go out of style. I LOVE black furniture!

    We love our black/brown (IKEA) bedroom furniture. I've reaccessorized a few times since we've owned it and it feels fresh each time.

    We are the opposite. We have cherry furniture throughout the house, and really dark woods so in the bedroom we went with an off white cottage type feel. I personally like the black one cause it's a little more funky. I don't really like black furniture elsewhere i the house though, it always feels cheap to me. But I do like that black bed.

    It's my hope to have black furniture in every room in our house and black cabinets in the kitchen and a black dining room table. I love black wood.

    DS has a black bedroom set and we love it. We're getting a new bedroom set soon and it'll be black. Thanks for posting the one you like - I'm so going to check it out now!
