It makes me wonder though...when we were all on Tri Boards we were pretty much the same crowd with the same silliness...were we unwanted by the general population then as well?

We ruined it for all the older mommies. We really are awful. I wonder if when we were on the tri boards if we were known as the silly girls who got knocked up because we were stupid teens. Hmm...all along I thought we were fun. I'm hanging my head with ya.

I much prefer reading most of these posts as opposed to the baby poop, AR, CIO, ferber, solids, colds, stroller, etc, etc posts. I was lurking/posting on 6-9 for a time because this board was so lame and dead.

And I think I was very helpful today regarding solids, sitting, etc. Probably more helpful than fun, to be honest!

I'm a bumpie that feels like I've been on 3-6 fo-ever. I was getting super pumped for the 6 month mark so I could move up. . .but then you crazies came and I find myself checking 3-6 much more often than 6-9. The entertainment factor is ridic. I figured I should come out of lurking on your posts though, b/c I am politically incorrect and would love to b.s. all day. Plus, I feel like a creeper by reading and not responding.

But if I DID post regularly, I'd be all about the fun, not the baby vom that's in my hair or the poop on my hand. Speaking of which, have you ever been changing your DC's diaper when they start pooping? It looks like sausage being squished out of grinder into a tube.

But I digress.

I lurk because I recognize a ton of folks from the tri boards, so it's fun to follow and see what folks are up to.

I needed posts like yours especially within the last week. LO is sick and threw up an entire 6 oz formula bottle on me, the bed, pillows, rocking chair and carpet. . .I've use the parent snot-sucker on him so many times that he hides his nose in his elbow when I come near him. I like to think of it like play-doh, especially when you mixed a couple colors together and put it through the grinder. This is our nightly routine, we call it Poop:30.

We call it "soft serve".
