Recipe for (chicken) fried rice?

I'm looking for something easy. Preferably for the crock pot if possible. I found one for the crockpot but the rice and chicken have to be precooked. I would prefer not to have to do that if possible.

Thats the one I found too! I was just hoping for an easier way then having to have the chicken precooked. Let me know how you like it!
