Did your LO ever fit into Gaps 'up to 7lbs' size?

I was just wondering if your LO ever wore the 'up to 7 lbs' size from Gap, and if so how much did he/she weigh?  I just found the cutest outfit at our babyGap for next to nothing, but it looks SO TINY!  I don't care if he only wears it a couple of weeks, but I'm wondering if he'll be able to wear it at all!  DS was 8 lbs at birth and NB stuff was swimming on him for the first few weeks, so I think it might fit but I guess part of me forgot how small they come out!

    P was 7lb 11oz and she fit into/still fits into her gap NB clothes. We only have a few things that are NB from Gap (3 little snow suits and a few onesies) b/c like you, I got them DIRT CHEAP! I love Gap's off season sales!

    Yes, my DD has been wearing that size for awhile now, but they are just now starting to really fit her....she weighs a little over 9lbs and is about 22in long. HTH!

    My older son was a preemie and came home under 5lbs. He could wear the up to 7lb size for almost 2 months before he fit into the newborn-3 month size at Gap. My younger son never fit into the up to 7 lb size and went straight into the newborn-3 month size. He was almost 9 lbs at birth.

    My daughter had a sweater in that size that she could wear for 3 weeks -- she was 6 lb 15 oz at birth, 9 lb 5 oz at 1 month

    Both of my girls fit into the "up to 7 lbs" outfits, but both were reasonably small at birth.  DD1 was 5 lb 12 ounces and DD2 was 6 lb 9 ounces.  I'd guess they were totally out of them at around 8 lb.  The biggest issue for my girls though was that they have long torsos and the Gap baby clothes seem to run short in the torso.

    Yep, I had a whole bunch (hand me downs) of "up to 7lbs" gap clothes for DS. He wore them for the first 3 weeks or so. Some pieces were bigger than others and he wore them even longer than that. If it's next to nothing go for it. I love all DS's gap clothes!

    ETA: DS was 7lbs at birth and gained weight pretty quickly.

    Yes, DS was 6.3 at birth and had a pajama set and some long sleeved onesie shirts that were up to 7 pounds. He was 8.10 at 5 weeks and was still wearing everything. Now the one piece is small but I bet he can still wear the shirts. I find Baby Gap runs big.
