There have been 2 horrendous nights where DD will NOT sleep unless her mouth is securely attached to my nipple. We've always been a safe bedsharing family, and usually it is a wonderful setup. Last night, however, I couldn't sleep b/c she would latch (not drink) and turn her head, then she'd get frustrated (probably b/c the nipple did not turn with her head?), then I would help her find my nipple and the cycle would continue over and over. She'd get frustrated if I let down. It was horrible. I had to put her in her swing to get any sleep.
Anyone else go through this? What did you do? I will probably C&P this to a month board because I desperately want help. I can't endure another night of this.
Re: She thinks I am a pacifier- help?
Happy Birthday, little man. We love you so much!
