  I've always thought that if you start with the first name you find the 'perfect' middle name. While you may want to use a certain middle name, you will be saying your childs' first name much more.

  What style of names do you like?

  We were going to do Oliver James. But went a different direction.

  Katherine is a little harder.... I can see it as a first name so it's hard for me to think of something.

  Personally, I think that James and Katherine work with a wide variety of first names.

  Girl suggestions - Hannah, Abigail, Lila, Audrey, Scarlett, Olivia, Victoria, Isabel, Gabrielle, Jocelyn, Anna, Vivienne, Diana, Eloise, Alice, Matilda, Jane

  We are using James as a middle name if we have a boy.  Our name list included:

  Owen

  Jackson

  Jacob

  Zachary
