Anyone with persistent cysts?

I just can't win... Even after BC for 3 months straight and my laproscopy December 8th I still have cysts on both ovaries.  This was supposed to be my first Clomid & IUI cycle and they are talking about cancelling it already if the clomid makes them any bigger (which I am sure it will).  I don't know what to do...  I thought surgery would have been the answer. 

Anyone able to complete an IUI cycle with cysts?  Were the doctors able to tell the cysts apart from the follicles?

    Cysts are the devils!!!  I've had two cancelled ivf cycles because of a very persistent cyst.  I only have one ovary and the cyst has only gone down .01cm in three months....not sure how many or how large yours are.  But my RE has finally agreed to aspirate it when they go in for the egg retrieval, later this month.

    While it doesn't sound pleasant, aspirating is my only option at this point.
