My son screams and wriggles all over the place during the diaper changes. What are we supposed to do?? I try to give him a toy but it usually only works if it's like super brand new that he's never seen before.
i have no plans tonight - but i have a craving to party. i dont know why, i havent partied since college (so like 6 years). but for some reason staying up late sounds fun...i just keep reminding myself how much it would suck at 5am when my kids woke up.

We were looking at second homes today because we want a place to "get away", but secretly I'm pushing for this so I have somewhere else to go to avoid IL's when they come over. Sad but true.
That funny. We have a cabin, but we haven't been there in ages b/c we're having remodeling work done that is taking forever. But I love the excuse of going there. My family has a get together everytime someone sneezes beautifully.
Although we were TTA this month, I was thrilled with our BPF, even though I know it means that DH won't get to go on his big trip next September (God willing - stick baby stick!).
I still have dishes from yesterday that I haven't done and my kitchen floor is a diaster, but I'm putting off any cleaning until after I have to go to work. I hope my DH will do it for me. :-)
Oh and my parents are visiting and I'm bumping and they are reading and playing on their computer while the LO naps. It's blissful to just sit and relax in quiet.

Well yeah, I know that. But at least something would be better than sulking away never to be heard from again.
It's not uncomfortable. You just don't notice. Until you have to take a sh*t. Then you also need some kind of wipes, otherwise regular toilet paper would just stick to the wax and make little balls.

Doubtful. I mean, the fact that she hasn't shown back up since (at least not in C&J form, I'd be willing to be she's around otherwise) pretty much seals the deal.
AfterAll, just let it go. She didn't like you. She said mean things. She crossed some boundaries. Whatever. You won the war, obviously, she outed herself (sort of) and now she's no longer here to harrass you. So, just move past it and resume your normal board life.
TSD - I have a co-worker that says "meh" all the time... and trust me, it is more annoying in person.
Mav - I also hate "yeah" instead of "yay".

-My kid is almost 2 and he's never had cake.
-I don't even like photos with food all over kids faces. I don't have ANY. I don't think my child will be scarred from missing food-on-his-face photos in his baby book.
Is that a kids store?? I always thought it was a guido store.
