Anyone take Biotin while pregnant??

My hair is extremely dry and brittle, and was wondering if anyone is taking a Biotin while they are prenant. If so, how many mg's a day??

I know there is biotin in my prenatal (300 mcg), I'll probably take some extra once I give birth to try and keep the hair from falling out so much.
