Possible UTI?

Can they just spring up out of nowhere? I felt fine this morning and now I just feel wierd down there... strange since I've never had one before.

    Yeah it could possibly be one. I have had one since I have been pregnant, but I didnt have any symptoms.  So sometimes you can have one and not even know it.

    yes! they can come out of nowhere.  Around wk 24 I was fine all day long.  FI and I went to a friends house to give his daughter a gift and when we got home, I was doubled over in pain from a kidney infection ( as the result of a UTI that spread) and was hospitalized for 2 days....completely out of nowhere.

    This same thing happened to me. I worked all day, cooked dinner, and went to BRU. Went to lay down for bed and got a horrible pain in my lower back. I had no idea what was happening. Figured it was not contractions because the pain was not going away. Went to the hospital and was there for three days on antibiotics. Best to contact your Dr because is can cause early labor and other complications.
