What a relief

had an apt with my midwife today and I asked her if I could have another sono because I only had one at six weeks. She said ins only covers 3 and next on is 20 wks. she said only was around it was if she couldn't find heartbeat. she said I won't try so hard so I can send you. she didn't even have to try she found my peanut and it was music to my ears. 160beats a minute. I feel like a weight has been lifted. also she changed due date back to febuary 6. So happy ☺️☺️

    It's always nice to have that reassurance before we can feel baby moving! I'm going to be really glad to get the Doppler check next week (had an u/s at 8wks to check dates). I'm still having trouble feeling connected this time around, and I think that's because I'm worried something will happen.

    I've heard it twice now 11 and today at 15 weeks...I love it!  Makes me feel so much more calm.  Although, I have started to feel little pops here and there so that makes me happy as well.

    Aw that kind of made me smile, she seems like an awesome midwife to have in your corner. I'm glad you got to hear the heartbeat, it always helps you breath easier. I get to go in Thursday afternoon for a check up and hear the heartbeat too!
