  • Katie wakes up at around 8-9:30am and goes down for her nap at around noon.  Sleeps for about 2 hours and then her bed time is 8:30pm.

  • Cam ended up going down to one nap on his own after starting daycare. He normally gets up around 7 and is down for a nap by 11:00 (give or take an hour based on mood). If I try to hold him out longer, he becomes overtired and has a hard time going down. Good Luck w/ the new schedule! I enjoy the one nap a day routine b/c it is easier (to me) to plan things around it.

  • Her awake times look about right to me.  LO's normal schedule is bed from 7:30p-6:30a, nap from 11:45-2:30.  On weekends/days off, he sleeps in a little later and often naps longer.
  • DD took herself to 1 nap a day, she has been on this schedule since about 9 months.

    Wake up at 8:30

    Breakfast at :9:00

Nap at 10:30 or 11 (lasts 2 hours)

Up and ready for lunch around:1:00

    Dinner :5:30

    Bed :8:00

She made this schedule herself but im not complaining lol it's pretty perfect for us. She does get rather fussy about 6 or 7 if she is not occupied but usually always makes it till bed at 7:30 or 8.  She usually wakes a time or two during nap and just needs to be tucked back in but if she does not get the full 2 hour nap, night time is not fun from 5-8!

  • We've settled into something like:

    6 a.m. - wakeup, huge bottle (8 oz)

    7 a.m. - pre-breakfast snack (cheerios and water)

    8:30 a.m. - breakfast

    11:30 a.m. - lunch

    12:00 p.m. - nap

2:00 p.m. (if the nap is a good one) - wake up

    2:00 p.m. - snack

    4:30 p.m. - snack

    6:00 p.m. - dinner

    6:30 p.m. - bath, bottle, rocking

    7:15 p.m. - bed

  • That looks pretty much exactly like my daughter's weekend schedule. Daycare is pretty much the same, except she tends to nap earlier and for a shorter amount of time. At home, she'll nap 2 to 2.5 hours. Daycare is 1.5 to 2 hours usually. Just too much going on around her, I guess. Good luck!

  • DD took herself to 1 nap on her own after transitioning to the toddler room at daycare.  They nap daily between 11 and 2 (usually 2 hours in that window).  On days she goes to daycare her schedule is:

    Wake up: 6:30am

    Breakfast at daycare at 7:30am

     Lunch before nap at daycare

    Nap 11-2

    Dinner at 7pm

    Bedtime 8 to 8:30

On days I have her home she usually gets up about 8am, has breakfast and is down for a nap by 12-1 and sleeps 2 hours.  Lunch after nap and bedtime is the same.  On weekends she will sleep in until around 9 or 10 depending on when she went to bed.  She always sleeps atleast 12 hours at night.

  • like a lot of the others, our nap time is a little earlier- 11-1. they had to do this b/c of daycare but I don't know that they could stay awake until 1pm just yet. So if your LO struggles and gets cranky, you might want to try doing the nap earlier (which might result in earlier bedtime)... GL!
