Any lower beta success stories?

I had my first beta 11dp5dt and it was 107. I had been getting +hpt from 5dp5dt on so I was disappointed in how low it was. 2nd beta was today (13dp5dt) and came back at 199. Everyone's beta seems double mine and I just worry. I usually post on IF and I'm sorry if you have read any of my debbie downer posts before. It is just tough not having answers.

Sorry you're feeling down, but your your numbers seem fine to me! Mine were 38, 96.2, 1,606, 10,154. I really think you're fine!

I'm not sure this will be what you want to hear but that doesn't really seem like a low beta to me. My first beta (at 10dp5dt) was 23.7. Two days later (12dp5dt) it had risen to 55.7 and then another two days later (14dp5dt) it was at 191. I had strong doubling times but clearly had very low numbers. Are you worried about a low beta or not strong enough doubling? Either way, I believe they say 48-72 hours is expected doubling time....I know it's easier to do the math with 48 hours but based on your post, you're well within that 72 hour standard.

Some ppl just have lower betas (FWIW, yours aren't really that low), what is more important is the rise (which is perfectly fine). Hang in there.

I think it is the concern over the lower beta and the doubling factor. I was hoping to see a nice jump today, to put my mind at ease. I go back next week for another beta. Thanks guys.

I agree. My betas were never super high - they are in my siggy.

My first beta was in the 150's I can't remember now exactly, I'd have to loook it up at home. My second beta 2 days later was 280 - it didn't double and wasn't as high as I was hoping for. I didn't have a 3rd beta. My first u/s was at 7w 1-3d (depending on LMP or O date) and I measured 7w2 days and everything looked strong. I go in on Tuesday for an u/s at 10 w. I think you're rise is okay even though it's not as high as you'd like.

My first beta was 18 at 12dp5dt, next was 48 2 days later then 1742 a week after that. Your numbers sound pretty good! It's a terrifying process, good luck and lots of sticky wishes!

I am with ya so maybe I will be a success?? Mine was 55 today and I am 12dp3dt. I have been testing positive since 6dp3dt so I am not holding out much hope. I have beta #2 on Friday. Your numbers aren't that bad an at least are very close to doubling in 48 hours. I will be happy with that if that happens Friday. I hope both of us turn out to have a nice viable pregnancy.
