96.80 F .... is this to low?

Sorry this is probably a really stupid question, but this is the lowest temp I've ever gotten. I temp vaginally so room temp shouldn't affect it.

I know its just one low temp, but does anyone else get super low temps like this?

I hope not, because I got a temp of 95.97 this AM. I'm new at temping, so I'm not sure what it's all about. I'll be watching this thread for answers. Sorry I couldn't help. Sad

I even searched FF for other charts with temps like mine and couldn't find anything.

My temps have been that and lower for most of this cycle. I think it is totally normal.

Thanks ladies. I've never had a temp that low before so I wasn't sure if something was up, or my BBT was dying or something.

That is my normal temp all the time, I very rarely get anything over 97.6, unless I have a fever. You may just have a naturally low body temp like I do.

I got 95.8 F one am! I don't temp vaginally but Im not a mouth breather either so I hope its not too low.

I'm generally in the low to mide 97's, but when I had what I assume was my ovulation dip, I dropped down to 96.36. I wouldn't think you're having your ovulation dip this early, based upon your previous charts, but I'm just saying I don't think it's anything out of the ordinary that you dropped to that temp.

I normally don't run this cold. I'm sure tomorrow will warm up a bit. I'm usually in the mid 97s preO

Nope, not too low. I think my lowest was 95.7? I'm usually around 96.5-ish, so I wouldn't worry.

I have been in the 96's before. If you are below 95.0 I would be more concerned.

An isolated temp is nothing to get really concerned about. Maybe you had your mouth open when you were sleeping. I sometimes get a big temp drop right before ovulation. that seems kind of early for you though.

I don't temp vaginally, but I'm always in the 96's. Actually, I can tell you that a big majority of my patients (I'm a nurse) run between the mid 96's and the mid 97's regularly as their baseline.
