How often does your LO get hiccups? It feels like mine has them ALL THE TIME. It was cute the first few times I noticed it, but it can get pretty distracting when it is going on seemingly all day.
All three of mine had/have the hiccups a few times a day in utero. Same thing when they get out I agree it can get annoying, but try and look at it this way, it means LO is practicing breathing and that is always a good thing!

Mine hiccups in the morning while I'm still in bed usually. It is kind of an annoying feeling. I actually prefer an elbow sticking out under my ribs to hiccups. Weird, I know.
Both of mine hiccup all day long.. I think they're hiccuping more than they're not! The only time it's funny is when they both do it at the same time, the part that isn't funny is the ritual 5am hiccups.
My doctor told me this is a good sign of neurological development and to think of it as a positive! So I just tell myself that when my stomach is bouncing away lol

All three of my pregnancies the LO was hiccuping....this time around with my little guy it's not the fact that he does it all throughout the day and night, its that they last for 45 minute sessions....I love it generally except at night when I'm trying to get my 2 hour sleep stretches in between peeing sessions. I've been told its a good sign as well but not the reasons for it.
Re: Hiccups?
