Water breaking fyi...

This may sound really stupid...but when I had my first little one, my water "broke" but you continue to leak until you have the baby.  I assumed your water breaking was huge gush and it was over.  I never read anywhere that it was anything different!

    Yea. Your body continues to produce the fluid till you're delivered.

    Sooo...I should probably invest in some large pads soon considering we have a two hour drive to the hospital!!!

    Happened to me last night and while I wore a pad, my entire sweat pants were wet by the time we got to the hospital. Like you, I thought it was the gush and end of it... but no...

    I HIGHLY recommend putting a very large blanket in the car to be prepared.  My water broke w/DS and after a shower and 1 hr. later I was still leaking like crazy on the 20 min. drive to the hospital, in the wheelchair all the way up to my L&D room.
