Rhys Elliot has arrived! PIP

I posted a few days ago, I think on Christmas Eve, that I was having contractions and had lost my MP. I was hoping that baby wouldn't arrive on Christmas because I wanted to be home with my family. We had a scheduled c section for today, but he barely waited until after Christmas. Christmas night aroudn 11 something I started having timeable contractions. By 4:30 AM on the 26th, they were 3-4 minutes apart and we decided it was time to head to the hospital. Coincidentally, we were also getting hit with one of the biggest snow storms we've had in a few years. So it took us over an hour to get to the hospital, instead of 30 minutes. We got to the hospital around 6 and they were able to get me into the operating room around 8. Rhys Elliot was born at 8:34 AM. He's doing great. I was a little nervous about BFing since it went so wrong with my first son, but so far he is learning very well and actually nursed for 30 minutes this evening, which is amazing. I'm so happy that it's working out so well. Guess I'll see you all over on the 0-3 board soon. GL!
