1.) Where did you meet your DH and what year? In a college Math class, 2002.

2.) What's your idea of a fun date? Going to my favorite Italian restaurant, then to a movie, then to Cup O' Joe afterwards to relax and talk.

3.) What's your favorite scent? Lavender.

4.) What's something you always wanted to do, but haven't had a chance to yet?

Go to New York on New Year's Eve to see the ball drop.

Your favorite childhood memory: Going "adventuring" with my mom. We would pack up snacks and drinks and then we'd take off to explore the back roads of Georgia. As I got older, I was in charge of the map and to this day, I'm the best map reader you've ever met!

Great poll & idea!

1.) Where did you meet your DH and what year?

We're both dorks so of course we met freshman year in college in Calculus study group, 2001.

2.) What's your idea of a fun date?

Playing board games at home with the hubby. We have a blast & since we already own the games - it's free!

3.) What's your favorite scent?

Sweet Pea. Although right now I'm all about anything peppermint, including peppermint scented candles.

4.) What's something you always wanted to do, but haven't had a chance to yet?

See a show, like the ones on broadway or in Vegas. Would LOVE to see a cirque show.

5.) Your favorite childhood memory: running around in the woods playing with my siblings & neighbor kids, the biggest concern in our lives then was making sure we got back in the house in time for dinner.

In 2002, on the internet when that was still considered weird. I was in high school and he was in college which made it a little more weird, but at least I was legal!

2.) What's your idea of a fun date?
Ocean boating. I live in Florida and love the beach and the waves!

4.) What's something you always wanted to do, but haven't had a chance to yet?
Knit. Kind of lame but I did everything else on my bucket list. Lived in Japan, went to Bermuda, NYC, San Francisco. Oh I'd still like to see Seattle & Vancouver. We were going to go this summer but I guess that's not going to happen now!

5.) Your favorite childhood memory:
My parents were always working and I walked to school, so I would often skip with my brother and go fishing in the lakes or hang out in our tree house reading Twain books. This is in Miami, FL btw. lol

2.) What's your idea of a fun date? Well this is a season-specific date, but I love going to dinner and then to the Christmas lights at Temple Square in Salt Lake.

1.) Where did you meet your DH and what year? In 1999, in a nightclub parking lot...LOL I know that sounds super tacky..but long story short, one of his friends met my best friend inside the club and we all met up back at my friend's car...and now they are married and so are we!

1.) Where did you meet your DH and what year?

In 2004 at the mall! I was a senior in HS, he was in college. He worked at a skateboard shop and I came into the store with a friend. He asked for my number and we have been inseparable since.

2.) What's your idea of a fun date?

Goofy golfing, bowling, going to the movies, going to the Melting Pot. But we usually get our favorite takeout, watch a movie on the couch in our PJ's... that's probably my favorite!

3.) What's your favorite scent?

Chanel Chance Eu Tendre is my current perfume, I also love Amazing Grace and general coconut or cocoa butter stuff.

4.) What's something you always wanted to do, but haven't had a chance to yet?

Go skydiving, go to Bora Bora or Tahiti...those huts you can stay in look very appealing!

5.) Your favorite childhood memory:

Staying in our cabin in Northern Arizona. It was at the top of big hill, so we would snow sled down the hill all day long! So fun!

2.) What's your idea of a fun date? Someplace yummy for dinner, or a day-date like at the zoo. We also like going to Texas Rangers games.

4.) What's something you always wanted to do, but haven't had a chance to yet? Go to Napa Valley

5.) Your favorite childhood memory: Going on family vacations to Tennessee. Dad was sort of a cheapskate, but at vacation time he would pull out all the stops: New Clothes, Dinners Out, Etc. We would go visit my Aunt Pansy, then all together go someplace else, Florida, Myrtle Beach, Gatlinburg, whatever. It was some of the best times of my life, very carefree and lots of bonding with Mom and Dad. If I could just get one more day with them, it would definately be a Tennessee Day!

I never thought I'd actually meet someone on a site like that, but a friend of mine convinced me to try it out since it was hard to meet people after we had graduated from college and grad school and were starting our careers. It worked.. DH was the only person I ever talked to from there!

2.) What's your idea of a fun date? These days, it's dinner and a movie with a babysitter at home!

3.) What's your favorite scent? Vanilla.

4.) What's something you always wanted to do, but haven't had a chance to yet? I've always wanted to take my children to Norway for the summer to vacation and visit family. We thought we'd take DD before she turned 2, but it looks like we'll have to wait a few more years.

5.) Your favorite childhood memory: When I was 14 my parents let me fly to Europe on my own. I lived with my cousins in Norway and one week we took a cross-country train trip on our own. I remember I thought I was so grown up. lol.
