Pregnant after a Loss

2+ time moms... too busy to notice symptoms....

Merry day after Christmas!

In addition to not believing I am even pregnant (due to two recent losses and being petrified to get too attached), I am in fact 7.5 weeks, had a great us last week, saw the hb, things look good but I do not know how I am going to make it to my 10 week appt!!

Other than being tired and getting up in the middle of the night to pee, I've got nothing.

Maybe I am busy with a 2.5 yo DD? I do not want to be "that person" and call the OB this week and beg for another us... I know I just have to let things take its course and try to enjoy it but I am really concerned with the lack of symptoms...

Re: 2+ time moms... too busy to notice symptoms....

  • I actually didn't get any symptoms until about 10 weeks with this baby. And even then, the only symptoms I have are sleepiness and morning nausea (not really sick). No boobs hurting, not a lot of bloating..

  • Congratulations! I'm totally in the same boat. It's taken a while for this pregnancy to sink in. One, because of two m/c. Two, because my symptoms are much less apparent. I'm not sure if I'm busier with my 3 year old or what, but I'm not complaining! For me, it's gotten easier with each milestone I've reached (ultrasounds, 2nd trimester, screenings, and now I can feel tons of movement). I hope the same goes for you. Best wishes!
