Who is getting snow?!?

We are...again..in Auburn, Alabama!

We actually got a decent amount on Christmas Day, which was the first time it was ever a white Christmas here. And it is coming down good again. So much for avoiding a white Christmas this year Indifferent

At least it melts the second it hits the streets (only sticks on the grass) and we don't have to drive 300+ miles between DH's family and my family and then get back down to Alabama in it. 

My dad said they are suppose to get a foot sometime this week (can't remember which day, that's in Minnesota) and I've heard the northeast is getting pounded...so much so that the Eagles-Vikings game has been postponed. 

So, where are you and how much are you supposed to get?

    Wow-that's crazy!  We are on Long Island and supposed to get over a foot.  it is blizzard conditions right now!

    We're in Maryland and were originally supposed to get about a foot, but it now looks like the majority of the storm is going to miss us.  We're just getting flurries.  We have a dusting on the grass, deck, etc but it's not laying on the roads.

    According to weatherbug, we could be getting 18-24 inches, although I'll believe it when I see it :)

    We are supposed to get 18 -24 inches too... Sad I don't like snow at all...

    4 inches so far here in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama...more is coming down - temps aren't expected to get about 31 here today, sunset is at 4:42...so, DH is hoping he won't have to go to work tomorrow because of the roads...LOL

    On the other hand- this morning- I went out to bed bath and beyond and got some killer deals on the clearance xmas stuff- it is all  50% off and you can use the 20% off coupon too!!!

    We got about 6" yesterday. It was the first white Christmas that I can remember having here in central NC. It is supposed to continue snowing today. Too bad I am sick and won't be able to go out and enjoy it. Oh well!

    Snowing in Ohio... Again. Ugh. We've already had more than half of what we had the entire winter last year and it's only officially been winter for 5 days!
    Married '02, TTC May '05

    Dx -Ute cancer, DOR from cancer treatments, and embryo quality issues. NOV 2010 CANCER FREE
    2005-2011= 3 Rounds of Clomid, 5 IUI's, 3 IVF's- ALL BFN's
    After 7yrs TTC, 5yrs of ute cancer, and 11 failed IF treatments, we got a surprise BFP! So thankful!

    It's snowing here in Central Virginia and it has been on and off all day. I'm not sure how much we are supposed to get, but I hope it's enough to close our office tomorrow.


    After 4 years, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs our surprise miracle is here!

    TTC #1 since Oct 2006 with severe MFI.
    Summer/Fall 2011 - DH on clomid. Helped with morphology and motility, but count still under 1 million.
    February 2011 - First RE appointment to discuss options.
    March 2011 - We aren't sure what we are going to do right now. DH isn't sure about DS.

    it's been snowing here since about 10am (outside NYC), we have blizzard warning and are expecting between 12-18 inches

    It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

    NH... forecast of 12-18 inches with a possible accumulation rate overnight of 1-3 inches per hour. it is definitely coming down... I would have been okay without this storm...

    no snow for us. it was in 30's in the morning and reached about 50 in afternoon with beautiful sunshine. i wouldn't mind a tiny bit of snow, for fun =)

    Madelyn, I thought about you when the snow started falling. While we didn't have a "white Christmas" I loved seeing the snow fall. I'm just glad it didn't mess any of our travel plans up.
    After 3 years of infertility we were blessed with twin girls through private infant adoption.

    It snowed a little about a wk before chirstmas, it melted by Christmas, then it snowed a little bit today.

    IVF# 3= 1 egg retrieved=immature/not viable

    Found DHs BT and Me-decreased blood flow to uterus
    Recommended DE IVF w/PGD, incorporate electro-acupuncture. Decided to cycle locally

    Upstate NY here...sooooo glad I'm on the coast, NYC, Boston etc. We are supposed to get a foot or so. Ugh. We really need to get that snow blower.
