It's 8pm, we're done for the night. We still have two more parties tomorrow though, which will make 6 stops all together. We're beat.
Here are my highlights:
- The DA game last night (the christmas carol challenge) also involved many shots for many people (myself not included) ... and a pole.
- Said pole came from my husband. He actually bought a 7 foot aluminum pole on Xmas freaking Eve and took it with us to his cousins home.
- FIL teared up as he told the entire family that the best thing to happen to him in 2010 was his "beautiful DILs becoming Mothers for the first time, and taking to it in an amazing manner". I'm still tearing up.
- Balloon release.. another MIL thing. I'm still out on wether it was beautiful or cheesy.
- Cool wall art, new bookcase for Abs, TONS of toys, new duvet, cash and...
... for my friends in Chicago, and you know who you are... tickets to the Chicago vs. Red Wings game in April. On the glass. 
UPDATES, please. Oh, and Merry Crismas and shiz...

I'm here- just finished taking down the tree!! We have a fairly small living room and needed to make room for DS's overwhelming number of gifts- plus one of my gifts was a Land of Nod toybox that I wanted to put where the tree was.
That is so sweet about your FIL

My FIL is a super fantastic guy... he has always warmed my heart, and his words made me cry.
I wish I was going swimming!
We were totally spoiled. We got 2 new pieces of wall art for our newly remodeled living room, a new duvet, tickets to a wings game, cash...
DD was totally spoiled as well, of course.

Glad to hear your Christmas was great, Daisy! (And yours too, Kirb!) We are done for the night too. Thank goodness, it wore me out, and there wasnt even that much to begin with. I'm in charge of the buying presents and I only bought myself a new straighter for Christmas. Annabelle and DH made out with the loot. DH got his very own air hockey table and a ping pong table. Annabelle got a crap ton of toys. MIL/FIL got me a new D&B purse and some money that we put away for Annabelle. My parents got me some perfume and a few little things for the house. My favorite part was the food, though. We dont do a very traditional Christmas here, so I made enchiladas, my mom made ham and fried chicken and we all just feasted.
I love enchiladas.
We are done. I'm so glad too, if there was something else to do, my head would blow up. Plus we're supposed to get snow tomorrow.
I hope we get a crap ton!

Pickles just infomed me when he landed on the lawn that you gave him chocolates and let Claire pull on his ears. Tsk tsk. You know he's lactose intolerant! There was a note attached to his collar! (So that people would know he belonged to Claire, from me.)

My MIL made something called "Bacon and Eggs Primavera" this morning and was shocked when no one wanted to be the first to try it.
Call it something else, and it probably would've been gone. Sigh.
He's a lying liar who lies! We just had an intervention for him, actually. That's why I got him, Santa said he was too addicted to the chocolates to go with him this year. I was supposed to rehabilitate him. Such a sad story, actually....

I've already took a nap, so I'm rip-roaring and ready to go! hahahaha This place is dead though... Real dead.
I'm not. I'm too busy doing some bumpie background checks. ahahhahah I'm being super nosey.
Hung out with DH and my sister tonight... went out for Chinese food (like any good Jew does on Christmas!) and watched I Love You, Beth Cooper (it was the only thing On Demand we hadn't seen!) and of course got a healthy dose of A Christmas Story all day long.
We finally got DD switched to a 2-nap schedule (down from three 2-hour naps) during the day, and she took two 3-hour naps today!!! She's been sleeping til 8ish every morning since Wednesday, so I think we finally found our groove! The trick is keeping her awake through her 1-3 PM nap, feeding her at 3 and THEN putting her down for a nap... and she slept great! I just hope this isn't a growth spurt and we go back to three 2-hour naps and waking up at 6:30 every morning.
(ETA: I just noticed how random my post is, at the end of a giant back-and-forth quoting session. Oh well.)

Its nothing bad, I swear! I just didnt realize that you could google people from here, and so I've been googling myself and old people I used to talk to on my old screen name. Just for catch up. But I guess its sneaky since they dont realize I'm catching up on how they've been? I dunno. But I swear its not bad. lol
