New to Rancho Penasquitos

Hello, 

 I'm new to RB area just seeing if anyone is too! I'm a first time Mom, fan of wedding bee and the bump! My due date is July 4, and am very excited!! Anyone know of good yoga classes or mommy work-out classes around here?

    Hi Katie.. I am also in PQ and I am due on july 11th! I dont really know of any prenatal yoga around here, but if you find out, let me know... maybe we can work out together!

    Welcome gals! I am pg with #3 and due May 12th. I live a little north of you both but work in Carmel Mt. Let me know if you haev any questions about the area :)

    Hi girls! I live in RB and just had my first baby in October. There is a good yoga studio in 4S Ranch but I dont know if they do prenatal yoga.

    Hi Ladies!  I live in RP as well and am due June 15.  I go to prenatal yoga at Affirmations Yoga Studio on Poway Road.  They have prenatal classes twice per week - Wednesday at 5:30 and Saturday at 9:30 (I think).  You can google them and check out their website which has the schedule on it.  The classes are pretty popular and I have really enjoyed them.

    I just saw everyone's replies! I'm still figuring out this website! Congrats to all, I actually went to Affirmations this evening to try their yoga and nobody showed up, I was pretty bummed especially cause I didn't exercise today, waiting for yoga :( oh well I'll give them another shot this weekend.

     Anyway if anyone is interested in meeting up I hike Torrey Pines a few time a week, and also walk around the PQ area would love to start a walking/mommy group I'm only subbing right now and quite bored the days I'm not working. Anyway, if you are interested email me at kfoley326@gmail.com
