santa envy

We decided to skip pics with Santa this year and take him next year....BUT...I keep seeing everyone's adorable LOs with Santa and I'm truly regretting not taking him now. It's too late though - we're nowhere near a mall and it's Christmas Eve Eve. 

SOooo jealous!

    Eh, I'm the opposite.  I laugh a little at the people waiting in the lines for Santa.  Suckers!

    My dad has a santa suit and DH is going to put it on when we get there on Christmas day and we're going to take some pics with him.

    We didn't see Santa either but I didn't want to go. DH & I decided that he won't remember it & we don't want him sitting on some random guy's lap so we can take a picture for ourselves. We'll brave the lines when he's old enough to really enjoy it.

    That's super sweet. I'd prefer that over anything. Those are going to be some precious pics.

    Honestly, we were in and out in under 5 minutes.  There was no line, we walked up, Santa said "you might want to hold him until they're ready for the picture incase he goes nuclear".  He asked Mason if he had been a good boy while I held him.  We plopped him in Santa's lap, they snapped 2 pics, we picked the one in my siggy and we were out.  Fairly uneventful.  I'm more excited for next year when he will most likely scream his head off (or in Santa's words, "go nuclear") at the sight of Santa, but it will be much more momentous of an occasion than this year!!

    I wouldn't feel too envious- you have many many more years for Santa pics.
