Diaper rash/little white bumps

A couple of days ago by DD started getting a little rash around her anus - so I've been lubing her up like crazy. ?Well, just yesterday I notice that there are some little white bumps there. ?Is this more severe than a diaper rash (call ped.) or will it go if I keep treating it? ?TIA

PS - I haven't introduced any new foods during this time and I think she is teething as well.

sounds like it could be yeast. I would call Pedi and I have always heard of it is yeast that Desitin makes it worse (another reason I would call Pedi). GL

You may also want to get some Lotrimin (the little tube of creme that is for foot fungus and jock itch). This has helped DS even with regular diaper rash.?
