High BP/24 hour urine results ?

I'll be 14 weeks pregnant this Friday. I've been going every 2 weeks to get my BP. It keeps rising slightly every 2 weeks. They did the 24 hours urine catch and the results were 160. Normal range I believe is under 150. The nurse really didn't have any info/insight other then the numbers. Can anyone explain if 160 is still ok? Any info is much appreciated! Thanks!

    300+ is when doctors begin to get concerned.

    315 was the magic number for my OB.  Below 315 was OK, anything above was cause for concern.
