We used the Clear Blue Easy ovulation monitor for the first time this month. Got a positive ovulation reading on Dec. 11th and 12th, and we tried to conceive on both of those days. I am due for my period on Dec. 25th (what a great Christmas present that would be!)
In the past week, I have had crazy-frequent urination (every hour most of the time) and extreme thirst.. I can't drink enough water! I have had no tender breasts or any of the other symptoms... just the two above. I know that in 4 days I should know the answer to this question, but could these be pregnancy symptoms? I have heard of frequent urination, but what about extreme thirst? There was one day that I was nauseated, but no vomiting, and it was only that one day.. so probably unrelated.
Also, has anyone used the Clear Blue Easy ovululation monitor successfully? I got the 'smiley' face two days in a row.. and we TTC on those two days (but not before). I am keeping my fingers crossed! ![]()
Re: Symptoms? Help!
I use the CBE Fertility Monitor. If by "successfully" you mean to by conceiving? Then, no. I've not been successful. If by "successful" you mean to get a High and a Peak? Then yes, I've been succesful.
It's probably too early to have neasau though everyone is different. And it's pretty common to read into every single sign the first month. Best of luck to you if you are pregnant. If you aren't, I'd recommend reading the Newbie link at the top of this forum and perusing Fertility Friend (link to it from my siggy below.)
Best of luck!
Could those be pg symptoms? Sure. But they COULD also be nothing. You'll probably just have to wait it out...but I hope its your BFP.
And I'm not help on the ovulation monitor.
My Ridiculous Chart
Ummm...I always have to pee a lot before I get my period.?
?Also, if you are dehydrated you would increase your fluid intake which would in turn increase how frequently you urinate.?
Th eold saying goes "if you're pregnant enough for symptoms, you're pregnant enough to turn a pee stick positive". POAS.
Also keep in mind that its winter and everything is drier so it could be that you're more thristy and then you drink more liquids. We all know what happens when we consume liquids...
