Can't figure out the new bump settings

Can anyone tell me how to get to the part of my bump where you can change your siggie?  I can't figure this out for the life of me!  :(

    Ugh they changed the Bump again?????   Is it easy to figure out where to go to change your siggy?

    1. you have to click on the MY BUMP

    2. click on EDIT MY AVATAR

     than a Pop Up will come up and you can see where you siggy is than edit away!
