PP af question.....probably tmi

I got my first period days before Georgia's 1st birthday.  I got another one a few days ago.....like two weeks after the first one.

First of all....WTF?!?!? 

Secondly, this one is waaaay heavier than the first....and way heavier than my usual periods. 

Is all of this normal?  If my periods are going to be like this from now on, I might just have to get KU again LOL.

    Are you breastfeeding? It could be your body regulating the AF's. I am weaning and they have come with no pain and only migraines and the past one has come with sharp cramps. Its hard to say with out a MD's official word what is happening with your body and AF's.

    DD is 20 months old - I nursed for 11 months. --- I'm on the pill and my af is still way off... not like what it used to be!  In fact nothing is like it used to be!  GL to you!

    I got my first period while I was still BF around DS 1st b-day. It was VERY heavy, and lasted 7 days. About three wks later same thing-heavy and full 7 days. My third period was very light, and lasted about 3 1/2-4 days. I dont know if you are on the pill, I am so it keeps me regular for the most part.

    Are you still BFing?  My periods were heavier when I was BFing.  They started to go back to (more) normal a few months after weaning.

    Also, many women have irregular periods when they are nursing.

    DS born 8/8/09 and DD born 6/12/12.
